These terms govern your use of the AroundMe: Nearby Places Android app and this website (together, the “Service”), developed and maintained by CodeMicros (“we”, “us”, “the developer”). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What AroundMe is

AroundMe helps you discover places near your current location across a wide range of categories. Place information displayed in the app is sourced from third-party mapping data, not created or independently verified by us. Availability, accuracy, hours, and other details for any listed place may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.

2. License to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use AroundMe on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where permitted by law
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service
  • Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the Service at scale

4. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that place information shown in the app is accurate or up to date, and you should independently verify details (such as opening hours or availability) that matter to you before relying on them.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodeMicros will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including reliance on inaccurate or outdated place information.

6. Intellectual property

The AroundMe name, logo, and app are the property of CodeMicros. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

7. Changes

We may update the app, this website, or these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Panchkula, Haryana, India.
